Notes or Bulk REO Buyers: REO, NPNs, off market
We take a limited number of Note/REO Clients that meet the following criteria:
- Medium to Large Real Estate (developers, etc) company with good credit
- Ability to buy off the market notes within a two week period
- Smaller businesses or individuals with pre-proof of funds of at least $2.5M, you must sign a NCND.
- Minimum purchase is $2.5M
- Nation wide (purchaser can be out of country as long as they have proof of funds and sign a NCND).
- Direct Buyers Only: You are the purchaser or work for the purchaser (no agents, brokers, friends, etc) If you have a client and want notes they must pay you directly above our charge. This would be an exclusion to our policy, so case by case basis.
